Pricing
There’s no cut-down free version. Every backdrop, cutaway, text and music feature works on both plans. What changes is how many minutes you get — and whether your exports carry a small Kerliv mark.

The free plan isn’t a trailer for the real one. It’s the real one, with a smaller ceiling.
Matched to what you're talking about, or pin one as your permanent look. Search, upload your own, adjust framing and lighting.
Cutaways chosen from your transcript at the moments that earn them. Swap, regenerate, delete or retime any of them.
Key phrases from what you actually said, dragged anywhere on frame. Edit the wording, retime, or switch it off.
Three tracks that fit your subject, played before you pick, mixed at a fixed quiet level under your voice.
Shoot vertical for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, or horizontal for YouTube. Kerliv keeps the orientation you recorded in.
Every automatic choice is reviewable and changeable, and the editor is usable while the render is still running.
Worth knowing
The things we’d rather you found out here than after you’d paid.
A four-minute recording uses four minutes, however many times you re-export it. Changing B-roll, text, music or backdrop and exporting again costs nothing extra.
Your allowance resets each billing period. If you use twelve minutes of sixty, the other forty-eight don’t carry forward.
Kerliv separates you from your background frame by frame, which is genuinely slow. A one-minute video takes roughly 6 minutes; a ten-minute video takes about an hour. You don’t sit and watch it — the editor is usable within a minute and the render finishes on our servers whether your browser is open or not.
On the free plan, exports carry a small Kerliv glyph in one corner at low opacity. It’s there, and it’s meant to be noticed — but it isn’t a bar across your video. On the paid plan you can put your own logo in that same corner instead, at whatever opacity you choose. Downgrade, and your exports go back to the Kerliv mark until you upgrade again.
Anything you export is yours to post, monetise and use commercially. We don’t claim a licence to use your footage or your finished videos for marketing — if we ever want to feature your work, we’ll ask.
[PLACEHOLDER — refund policy and what happens to stored videos when a paid account lapses are both undecided. This section must be written before Stripe goes live.]
